With over 25 years of industry experience representing nationally ranked general contractors, Grant brings expertise and leadership through his involvement with over $3 Billion worth of completed projects to the Town of Prosper.
Grant has been involved in reviewing feasibility, planning for, and building a variety of projects, including urban redevelopment, healthcare, high-rise residential towers, high-rise office towers, mid-rise office buildings, higher education, hospitality, student housing, senior living, sports facilities, and multifamily developments. When including all projects in the feasibility, planning, and auditing stages, Grant has been engaged in over $24 Billion worth of projects.
Grant currently serves as a Director with Berkeley Research Group (BRG), providing construction expertise to project owners, contractors, designers, and their counsel with complex construction projects in distress or litigation.
Grant received his Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University in 1998, majoring in Building Construction Management. In support of his alma mater, Grant has served on the Construction Management Advisory Board, including the Strategic Planning Committee and President of the Board.
Prosper has been home to the Mendeljian family since 2019, which includes Grant, his wife Amy, their two school-age children and golden retriever.
Grant has served in multiple capacities for the Town of Prosper, including the Board of Adjustment / Construction Board of Appeals, the Community Engagement Committee, and the Downtown Advisory Committee.
The Prosper Town Council appointed Grant to the PEDC Board in September of 2024.
