At the time of a disaster, everyone in the organization depends on the business continuity plan to ensure continuity of business and to restore normal operating conditions. This 1.5-hour COOP workshop provides the guidance and tools for individuals, small businesses, and the private sector, with no previous experience in COOP planning, to be able to start building their COOP plan.
