Gates of Prosper Phase 2 is off and running!

As part of the 800 acre, master-planned retail opportunity located in one of the most desirable sub-markets in the Metroplex, Prosper Texas. Located at NEQ Highway 380 & Preston Rd Prosper, TX, Lincoln Property Retail Company has began Phase 2 of The Gates Prosper.

Gates of Prosper, Phase 2 started construction in October, 2019 with six (6) buildings for retail and restaurant uses.  Currently 137,978 square feet of building area is under construction.  In December, an additional 54,695 square feet of retail space was released for construction.  Known tenants to date include, Starbucks, Longhorn Steakhouse, Hobby Lobby and Kohl’s.
