Incentives

Any local incentive offer is subject to final approval by the PEDC Board of Directors and the Town of Prosper Council. Once terms of an agreement are negotiated, the company, PEDC and Town will execute Economic Development Agreement(s) that specifies the terms of the grant and the requirements of the company. Local incentives may include:

• Creation of a Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ)
• Infrastructure Assistance
• Tax Abatements
• 380 Grants from the Prosper Town Council
• Sales Tax Performance-Based Grants
