Day Star Landscapes
Jeff & Donna Canfield, proud owners of Daystar Landscapes, are celebrating 40 years of business. In 1984, Jeff moved to Texas and started his landscaping venture with a rented wheelbarrow and tools bought on a Sears credit card. Working nights stocking groceries and landscaping by day, Jeff built Daystar from the ground up.
Black Hawk Brewey
In November of 2020, Dan and his family made the move to Prosper, TX. The transition to Prosper was nothing short of a blessing, and as they settled into this vibrant community, they couldn't help but notice a growing demand. It became abundantly clear that Prosper was in need of more distinct, family-friendly, and independent restaurants. This realization sparked an idea: why not introduce a brewery to the historic downtown area?
Brown & Griffin
Teague Griffin, seventh generation Collin/Denton County resident, currently invests in land and developments in the area with personal money as well as through many partnerships. His roots in this neighborhood stem back to Land grants (mid 1800’s) from Governors Richard Coke and Sam Houston through his great great great great grandfather, and an uncle. Some of which is right out here at the new PGA property.
Blue Star Land
Prosper continues to grow fast and strong and we couldn't be happier to be a part of the community's rise. Seeing the total economic impact our land purchases have generated since we made the decision back in 1996 is rewarding in every sense of the word. There's been a great spirit of partnership that has reaped benefits for all.
